Fredy Youssif, B.E. (Hons)

Ph.D. Student

Fredy has a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. He has worked in medical device development and is currently teaching into Embedded Systems courses at the University of Canterbury. He is a PhD student in the Cognitive Neuroscience lab at the New Zealand Brain Research Institute and a visiting student at the Provenza Lab. The aim of his PhD is to decode neural signals associated with disrupted motivation in neurodegeneration. In his free time, he likes to play soccer and explore the outdoors.
